I am the owner and trainer for Sweat Fitness of Sweden. I was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, but moved to U.S. at the age of 19 to pursue my dreams of obtaining a first class education in dance and fitness. After spending some time in New York City, training at the modern dance school “The Ailey School”, I moved to Los Angeles to get my degree in Exercise Science. Throughout the years I have attained various group fitness and personal training certifications, and now I have over 11 years of experience working within the fitness industry. Although I do train the general population, I specialize in pre and postnatal exercise.
After lots of research on exercise during and after pregnancy, and as a mother of two young children, I have decided to start this blog to share my experience and hopefully encourage lost of new mothers and mothers to be into staying active and healthy.
